Rishabh is registered lawyer and a registered Indian patent attorney. He possesses extensive legal knowledge and experience in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and law enhances his ability to navigate the intricacies of IP laws, particularly Patent laws. Rishabh is well versed in drafting legal and technical pleadings for patent litigation/opposition matters for pre-litigation investigations, pre/post-grant oppositions, revocations, and appeals.

Outside of his professional life, Rishabh finds solace in sports, volunteering with various NGOs, and trekking.

He joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Patent Litigation team.
