Sejal is a graduate of the B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) programme from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, GGSIPU, Delhi (2017-2022).

She has over four years of experience in litigation, with her principal practice area being Intellectual Property Law. Her experience encompasses a broad range of contentious and advisory matters, including trade mark infringement and passing off disputes, enforcement actions, commercial disputes and related civil proceedings.

Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, she gained substantial experience in handling consumer and civil matters for a diverse range of clients.

She joined Inttl Advocare in 2025 and is currently part of its Trade Mark Litigation and Enforcement team. In this role, she works on a range of complex trade mark disputes and other contentious issues concerning brand protection.
