Shubham is a graduate of the B.Tech. L.L.B. (Hons.) programme from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun (2014-2020).

Currently, he has more than 3 years of experience as an associate in Intellectual Property Law. He is well versed with expertise in Patent Prosecution, Patent Specification Drafting, Prior Art Searches, Freedom to Operate Searches, Invalidation Searches, Infringement Searches and Litigation Support.

He joined Inttl Advocare in 2024 and is working as part of the Patent Prosecution team.
