Thaneshwar is a lawyer with a background in Electronics, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics with specialization in Computing Informatics. Additionally, he has earned an LL.B. (Hons.) degree with specialization in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur. At Present, his key responsibilities at Inttl includes Prior Art Searches, Freedom to Operate Searches, Invalidation Searches, Infringement search, and drafting various document. Further, he has worked in various fields and technologies, including Electronics, semiconductors, mechanical, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software and computers.

He joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Patent Prosecution team.
